I’ve spent more than a decade walking beside individuals whose strength and determination inspire me every day—people with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders who have so much to offer the world when given the chance to shine.
Over the years, I’ve watched lives transform: the excitement of a first paycheck, the confidence of mastering a new skill, the joy of belonging to a team that truly values you. Those moments changed me. They reminded me that when people are seen, supported, and given real opportunity—they thrive.
After twelve incredible years in this field, I decided to take my own next step. I’m betting on myself—on my experience, my passion, and my belief that everyone deserves the chance to build a meaningful, independent life. That belief became the foundation of Next Step Supports LLC.

Introducing STEP: Striving Toward Employment & Possibilities
Our core tenets come to life through STEP—our signature work readiness program and the starting point for meaningful employment journeys. STEP equips participants with practical life skills, workplace readiness, career exploration, mentoring, and hands-on experiences that build confidence long before the first day on the job.
Every STEP experience is personalized. We meet people where they are, recognize their unique strengths, and help them develop the skills, confidence, and direction needed to pursue the future they envision for themselves.
STEP isn't simply about preparing someone for employment—it's about creating momentum. It helps individuals discover their abilities, expand their independence, and realize that meaningful work is not only possible, but achievable.
At its heart, STEP is where opportunity becomes action, confidence becomes capability, and potential becomes purpose.
